岳麓公共治理

人口老龄化是全球性趋势，也是今后较长一段时期我国的基本国情。在积极应对人口老龄化背景下，总结我国老龄社会治理的特征，并采取相应的治理策略，成为国家治理的重要问题。第三届“老龄社会治理”论坛以积极应对人口老龄化为主旨，搭建老龄社会治理领域的学术交流平台。来自高校、科研院所和政府部门的代表们参加了此次学术讨论会，从多角度探讨积极老龄化的价值导向及机制保障、老年社会保障政策优化、养老环境支持建设、多层次社会治理协同发展等议题，以中国式现代化进程中人口老龄化问题治理为着力点，探讨老龄社会治理未来的发展机遇和挑战，为建设具有中国特色应对老龄化道路献策献言。

Population aging is an important trend in social development and also a fundamental national condition in China for a long period of time. How to actively analyze the characteristics of aging society governance and adopt corresponding governance strategies has become an important issue in national governance. This forum focuses on the strategic background of actively responding to population aging and builds a platform for industry academia exchange in the field of aging society governance. Representatives from universities, research institutes, and government departments attended this academic seminar. The experts discussed the value orientation and mechanism guarantee of positive aging, aging social welfare policy optimization, pension environment support construction, and synergistic development of diversified social governance from the multiple perspectives, and explored the future development opportunities and challenges of social governance of the aging society with the focus on the governance of population aging in the process of Chinese modernization, so as to contribute to the construction of the path of coping with aging with Chinese characteristics.
